* Outlook folders can be very restrictive because an Outlook item can be stored in only one folder at a time. To place an Outlook item in another folder you must either move the item or make a copy of the item. Zoot lets you place an item in multiple folders without creating a copy. This means you can edit an item and the changes will be reflected in all of the folders.

* Searching across multiple folders in Outlook can be a painful process. Zoot automatically assumes you want to include all folders in your search. And Zoot searches are lightening fast.

* Once you synchronize Outlook and Zoot, you can delete messages in Outlook and reduce the size of your Outlook .PST file. When you synchronize Outlook and Zoot, any file attachments are automatically saved to disk, so you won't lose them when you delete messages in Outlook.
